Procedure for Warranty Claims:

- Order number (on your invoice)
- Date of purchase
- Detailed description of the problem
Customer service team will provide a Return Authorisation (RMA) number the product is still under warranty. Customer service may then intimate local service partner team to contact you and try to solve problem onsite. If problem is major then service man may take the item to the designated service centre to repair them. Until item is covered in the warranty period, there will not be any charge to customer for logistic or repair.
