Return Policy: 

You can return an item that you bought from us for any reason within 7 days of receiving the item

  1. To qualify to return an item under our Policy, products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way by you during the time the product is in your possession. The Product is deemed to be in your possession until the product is received by us. The item must be returned in its original condition so that we can endeavour to re-sell it.
  2. The 7-day period within which you are eligible to make a return under this Policy commences on the date that you accept delivery of Your Product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the Product.
  3. In order to organise a return under these terms and conditions, You must notify by email or call us within 1-2 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this Policy. Contact us on 9861-740-750 or by email customercare@aurasis.com for a returns authorisation number. Please include your order number and let us know which item(s) you are returning.
  4. We will arrange for the return of the item to us. Please don’t post it back to us, we won’t be able to receive it at our office address.
  5. We’ll refund the purchase price, less two delivery fees (to cover the outward and inbound delivery costs.
  6. After receiving the returned Products, Aurasis will issue a store credit or refund as soon as is possible and You will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.

Damaged or Faulty Items on Arrival:

The item I received is incorrect / broken / not functional. What should I do?

No need to panic. Take a deep breath

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty/non-functional, contact us on 9861-740-750 or customercare@aurasis.com and include the order number and tell us which items were damaged and how (sending us a digital photo would be really helpful if you can).Upon return confirmation, we will get the item picked from your address free of cost.

In case return facility isn’t available at your location, we may ask you to courier us the item. Once we receive the item at out warehouse & inspect, we will inform you, dispatch a new item and also refund your courier charges (as shopping credits).

Please make sure that you check for damage immediately upon receiving the product(s), as we cannot take responsibility for damages that may happen once you have received the product(s).
